lucid dreaming update:
couldn’t get to sleep until 3am, eventually decided to scrap waking myself up at 6am, and i’ll retry tomorrow
update 2: going to go to sleep in around half an hour or so, moved the alarm system to 6:10am as i think i’ll more likely be in rem sleep at that time, plus the length of the rem sleep will be longer, meaning i can lucid dream for longer if this is successful. i’ll see how it goes and also give you updates tomorrow morning

gonna set up an intricate 3 alarm system that will wake me up at around 5am or so and i’ll see what happens
real or not that was probably one of the best experiences i’ve ever had
