lucid dreaming update:
i have learnt that waking yourself up early in the morning and going back to sleep does NOT work for me
going to try reality checks and try and make counting my fingers into a habit
for anyone who’s not been updated: i’m going to try counting my fingers so i can get into an alternate reality to get my girlfriend back
