should the draft come about, would you rather be drafted or take the jail time?

  1. the law literally and very obviously states the ages 18-25, and i’m literally and very obviously not between those ages.

  2. the law still says “male U.S. citizens or immigrants” which is honestly pretty dumb of them and there’s a lot of other stuff that goes along with that but it does mean that the draft doesn’t apply to me anyway so like..

i’d probably just join the air force right before the draft began so I could choose what branch of the military I had to be in.

Jail time, but apparently trans people can't join the US military anymore(??), so I'm feeling pretty confident
