So I just found this site today and it looks like there are actually some good houses (already livable), but you have to spend like $50000 at least to get one (and they’re in the middle of nowhere). That’s still a really, really good price.

I told my uncle about this because they visited there, they actually went to one of the $1 houses to see if it was a scam. It turns out they’re actually a great deal, if you’re willing to put in the work to make them livable.

Apparently you can get run down houses for $1.05 in Italy, and fix them up and live there. Pretty hype.
