Apparently you can get run down houses for $1.05 in Italy, and fix them up and live there. Pretty hype.

The houses are completely unlivable though, you have to fix them up yourself. But it’s still way cheaper than buying a new house.

this probably explains why I've never heard of that, are there actually any in the northern part of italy?
