ok maybe i should destroy the new owen
however this does not mean the old owen is returning, it is owenathletic tradition to occasionally replace him, this has happened before in the past and i didnt expect this owen to be absolutely insane
i will create a brand new owen with a brand new personality and i’ll make him chill and not insane, if i get a lot of support i’ll do it tomorrow
over the course of this month i’ve cut sweets, chocolate, and most processed foods from my diet, i’ve been going for walks more often, and today i finally decided to exercise
i’ve already lost a lot of weight and became slimmer over the month, particularly with my face
