i have embarked on a new side quest for today wish me luck, i think the success rate is a lot lower than the previous one but im gonna try anyway!!

late nighty morning (4:05am)
cant sleep as im imagining possible scenarios in my head, silly me!!
im going to get another friend whos learning or speaking gaelic, i’ll introduce them to my current friend, we’ll make a group chat where we all speak in gaelic and its going to be epic!!!

ok i struck gold, this persons learning gaelic, has the exact same problem as me which is a lack of people to speak to, AND likes some of the same bands i like????? 🤯🤯🤯🤯

the gaelic gods i contacted replied to me and i got some advice but i have to go outside for it 🤢🤢🤢
anyway after building up confidence for the whole day i went with option 4 and just sent a long awkward message to someone i dont know at all, i am now awaiting a response, wish me luck because i am terrified
day 2 update
so far nothing has really happened but i have four methods i can use to get information and/or find somebody
message a gaelic learning organization and ask for advice (already done)
someone in my school knows somebody who goes to a gaelic school, i could get in contact with that person from my school and ask to get in contact with the person from the gaelic school
i go to a gaelic conversation group, however everyone there is a lot older than me, i could ask them about it or if they know anyone my age (the gaelic group is closed for the summer though so i cant do this one at the moment)
(my gf suggested this one) look through the followers of gaelic related accounts, follow someone from there, try and become friends (i could NOT do this one)
i officially declare this as a new zlf side quest!! wish me luck finding this person!!

i have an urge to make a map of a forest near where i live and add countries and shit and write lore for it so i can pretend i started a micronation which is something i’ve wanted to do since i was 11 (but i have nobody to do it with 😞)
