How bad is it there? In NC it can take all day
So I made an appointment which probably helped in the end, but I still had to wait through the initial information desk line and then another 20 minutes or so for my number to be called. Once I got called up it was over in like 5 minutes since I was just renewing my license.
Not nearly as bad as getting my learners permit a million years ago was, which did feel like all day, but it did take up most of my lunch break. I was also kinda surprised at how many people were in there at 1:00 on a monday and I imagine weekends are really bad
If you get an appointment, it’s about the same in NC. If you just walk in it can take all day, any day of the week, even in small towns.
yeah I’m not in a super populated area or anything but when I think about the total area it draws + the wide range of things people are in for I guess I can see how it gets bogged down
