open-source launcher that lets you install epic games store, gog, and amazon launcher games and organizes them into one place, and also lets you add your games to steam

it’s perhaps the most useful for the steam deck but i personally use it just because i don’t really like the official epic games launcher and would rather run, for example, fortnite through steam

i don’t personally like the official epic games launcher, i find it clunky and bloated for what i’m doing, but to each their own

…why, is there something bad about heroic launcher that i’m not aware of?

i do use steam, it’s just that epic’s own games don’t exist within steam so i’m forced to use a different launcher. heroic does support adding your games to steam after they’re installed, so it just serves as a middleman effectively, i don’t bother with it after whatever i wanted to play has been added to my steam library

but my whole argument is a moot point anyways because i got banned from fortnite for a year for using a third-party launcher, so you win lol
