I'm SO excited to announce that Itchy, the app for Scratch, is officially out on both the Google Play store and the iOS App Store! With the combined efforts of myself and @ileb we have finally got a release out cross-platform, and I'm very proud of it. I firmly believe that it's the easiest way to use Scratch on mobile, and I hope you'll give it a shot. You can find the download links at https://itchy.micahlindley.com/ if you're interested.

i am delighted to hear that itchy is now out for both and android and apple users too! this scratch mobile client will make exploring the beloved coding platform scratch more accessible and user-friendly to people who are on a phone. the quality and hard work paid off with this all-new and fan-favorite app! for me, i’ll be sure to try this out and use it for exploring on the site with fellow scratchers. it’s great to hear that it’s finally out; for one, i can discover cool users that have stunning projects and sophisticated interests, talk in studios to discuss about many topics that i am interested in, and see what my old friends are doing, which constitutes a perfect time to socialize and browse! you’ve updated the soon 20-year-old platform and made it come in a device that can fit in my pocket! itchy is such a convenient app that i love!

Update: signed into website, solved a captcha. Itchy signed in now, but the app keeps crashing. Android 15. I have adb enabled and can grab a logcat if that would help

A logcat would be great - and if you have a GitHub account, please file this as an issue on our GitHub repo! That would be super helpful. Would love to get things working for you. https://github.com/micahlt/itchy-native

Uh, that's weird - those are not correct. I think that's left over from the original version of Itchy. I'll see if I can get that corrected. In the meantime, you can rest assured that Itchy communicates directly with Scratch's servers. The code is open for anyone to audit at https://github.com/micahlt/itchy-native
