I hate Dell so much, they've had my laptop for over a month and just today I got a message on twitter from them after they ghosted me for 2 weeks asking if I can send them an SSD. What the actual fucking fuckity fuck? What type of fuckass repair service doesn't have the parts needed to test my system? I sent them my laptop sans SSD because they said they were going to wipe it if I included it so I removed it and now they need it? Like fuck no, I'm not sending you my SSD so you can wipe it and then replace the screen assembly? Go kys? I'm also so complaining to the ACCC (Australian consumer law thing Google it) about this because they have violated so many consumer laws it isn't even funny
