My school blocked Wikipedia but still has Wasteof unlocked

They blocked a personal site of mine because I hosted it on GH pages but wasteof is totally fine apparently... I just hotspot my laptop now when I'm at school instead of dealing with their wifi.
They also blocked like, a billion search engines to force you to use Google, but jokes on them. There is always another SearX instance they don't know about.
wasteof is so obscure they do not care
pulsus.cc is still unblocked for me (my favorite rhythm game)
Except you wanna know something really funny? delta.pulsus.cc, which is the more obscure, beta branch sorta version of Pulsus, IS BLOCKED. Like I genuinely don’t even understand how that even happens.
Also turbowarp.org is blocked for games, mirror.turbowarp.xyz is blocked for games, but packager.turbowarp.org, which might be the biggest “games” thing as you can just package Scratch projects into HTML that you can then run whenever without them being blocked, IS UNBLOCKED.
