So when spanish speakers (or any non english speakers) listen to music in english people dont care and say its normal but when I listen to music in spanish people say my music taste is weird and cooked???

doesn't make sense to me either, there are plenty of albums and songs in foreign languages that are amazing. this shouldn't be a shock considering Eurovision exists lmao. I also have albums from artists I like that are in Japanese and Spanish. Plus, one of my favourite beach house songs is mostly in french lol

Exactly when you start listening to things in other languages its like unlocking a new world of music, theres tons of latin american rock and new wave in my playlist and my favourite band is from Argentina and sings in Spanish (Soda Stereo)

oh yeah totally, there is so much more than just english speaking music, Windswept Adan by Ichiko Aoba springs to mind for me, Parannoul is also a great rock project by one dude too who lives in iirc Japan
