Sounds like a social media ran by the government
fed = federal (government) agent
fedi = short for federated universe = a decentralize social network, of which mastodon and bluesky are a part
bluesky isnt a part of it (technically it is federated but it uses a different protocol (atproto rather than activitypub) and if bsky went down so would the rest of the network. ap fedi doesn’t have that problem and it’s significantly less racist)
fedi bad, its a breath of fresh air being in a social media where the people here are mainly neither boring right-wing christian homophobic/transphobic idiot adults nor neurodivergent queer/trans teens (in terms of them screaming that they are as such or their opinions to the rest of the internet without giving them a break)
