The username causes the glitch. I don’t know why, but I think it’s because https://scratch.mit.edu/users/favicon.ico used to be the URL for the old Scratch favicon.
Such as not being able to follow users/studios, being unfollowable, makes you download an image file when you click on the username in comments, being uninviteable to studios, giving a 404 page when you visit the profile, and apparently being unreportable.

It was fixed today, but making a username such as “faviconaico” used to make the account have multiple problems.
