i use windows on my desktop (w11 specifically) but every single windows laptop i’ve ever used has been horrid, bad battery life, sounds like a jet engine and just overall a bad experience. i’ve dabbled and used linux but it doesn’t support apps i use even in wine and so on so that isn’t viable for me either, and mac’s are just too expensive for me to justify buying one.
