Greek Cuisine rankings so far:

1. SOUVLAKI!!!! - easy to make good. Ta ithela trianta sovlakia!

2. Kataifi, literally best desert i have ever had.

3. Saganaki, if made well its amazing.

4. Greek yogurt with honey, can’t go wrong.

5. Gyro. (If you pronounce the G hard, or pronounce it as Euro, we cannot be friends.)’

Anyways tomorrow we fly to Mitilini which should be fun, I’ll send photos once I get an adapter for my computer charger.
