i can’t wait for the time when gen alpha kids are old and then their kids ask them “dad, what was it like back in your day?”

decided to actually do something with my life today and basically had a morning out on my own, here’s some photos of the dundee waterfront
so the other day i managed to make the whole class laugh, with a really middling joke
basically we were asked to describe ourselves with a few words, and i answered “the level 3 gyatt”, and yeah that is not really that funny
but SOMEHOW, everyone in the class started laughing really loudly, despite how boring and unfunny that joke was. literally everyone started laughing, the room was filled with laughter for like ten seconds
do i have to change my sense of humour to be funny now? some people i know laugh at ohio jokes (however that sort of makes sense as they’ve revived but in a sort of way mocking people who make those jokes)
anyone here know any irish?
im assuming there would be SOME irish people here and they’d all know at least some irish as its taught in schools there
i woke up at 6:30 today thinking it was 7:30 and i was up late, thought it was tuesday, forgot if i had a shower or not yesterday, and my phone hadn’t charged overnight
so i had to charge my phone and eat breakfast staring into the void as i charged it

what do you think about ai images?
personally i think it can be good, for stuff like fictional photos (which i already use it for), and other more creative things like expanding popular images. it’s also a good tool for image editing.
however calling yourself an artist and just using ai art isn’t good, unless you clearly state that you are making art with ai
nature fans going outside and getting soaked by rain: (they’re embracing the beauty of the world)

had to do something i’d never think i’d do again: a microsoft teams call, last time i did that was in 2021
i have a stupid useless “skill” which is being able to burp full sentences
literally all my teachers talk about are exams, i’ll be getting prelims in december or so and then the real exams in march i think
i also have to do some photography work for school which i’ve been ignoring for the past few months so i’ll be out doing that soon
