I have a confession: I got a paycheck today.

I regret to announce that I have an income again so I will not be wasting quite as much money as usual.

I understand this may be upsetting to some of the users of this website, but I will say that I still owe tens of thousands of dollars in student debt so be assured I will still be wasting plenty of money over the coming years.

(in the same way I might not be posting as frequently, but I’m not going to go away completely yet)

thinking about the time when I went out with people to get lunch in spain and the guy in front of me tried to indicate he wanted two things, but for some reason he said “los dos” (both) so the man cooking our food thought he was ordering for me as well and ignored me while I stood at the counter waiting to order 😔

I will start posting eclipse stuff later this afternoon probably. Traffic in pennsylvania was so bad I didn’t get back home until one in the morning yesterday, and then I also started an internship yesterday so I’ve been pretty exhausted

It was a great trip though and I do have a couple pictures that came out well

all this stuff about the president of botswana threatening to send 20,000 elephants to germany is really funny to me cause this time last year he went to my school and although his talk was supposed to be about sustainability stuff he did also go into a thing about how poaching can be beneficial
