If you're using grass (aka 1 million particles), yeah it's going to crash. I remember my grass phase.
I suggest learning 3D animation, I think it's a very neat form of animation. The faster the learn it the more time you have to get good. Additionally, you do not need a beefy computer, and shortcuts you make in animation are actually just stylization if you make it look good. Keep going, my liege

So glad I get a second term as treasurer, not that anyone could have stopped me, but it's nice for it to be official!
Day 3: conveyor belts line my mind. The factory must grow. I refuse to automate the production of belts and item movers in favor of building architecture that pleases me more. I have begun creating a train hub, where trains will hopefully go to refuel themselves. I have begun processing oil to make solid fuel for this.
The locals haven't given me much trouble, but then I have always struck first and been exact in my extermination.
Resources in my base are beginning to dwindle. Stone and iron are drying up, which makes creating those mines my next goal.
My plans for the future are hubs for each process; trains transporting resources from mines to factories, and then trains taking processed resources from the factories to a central hub containing every possible item I could want.
The factory must grow.
