wasteof3 got hard — sveltekit is very opinionated about certain things and i made the mistake of getting in during the beta, so upgrading is turning out to be pretty much a whole rewrite in itself.
so i might potentially skip wasteof3 and go to wasteof4, which will be written nicely from the start. i know this is annoying and will make it take even longer, but we can use the opportunity to make a better UI.
i thought about this for some time, and i made the realization that wasteof3’s UI really is not so good. so we can use this opportunity to make a really good UI for wasteof4.
it should be modern like wasteof2, but have some character like wasteof3. anybody got any suggestions/websites they like the UI/UX of?

the database server is a little bit dying. i’ve made a backup of the site as of today. i think i fixed the problem, but if it breaks irreversibly by tomorrow, i’m going to move the database to the new server. so any posts soon might disappear.
