"Why You All Are Stupid Brats"
If only I there were more people IRL with the same interests as me, thatβs whatβs keeping me from socialising with Human Beings at the moment
This will be my pinned post idk I guess, Iβll delete & redo this one day
You can find me almost nowhere on the Internet, where I usually go by the username cheesewhisk3rs or Not-cheesewhisk3rs (very intuitive I know)
My nameβs just that but I also have other names (I collect names just like I collect minerals)
tallyhall is my life
You may slap me with a wet trout if a make a major mistake but usually Iβd prefer to just discuss it
Sometimes i type horribly,,. on PUR.POSE!!!!!, and sometimes by accident
(this also depends on who Iβm talking to)
Uh yeah this isnβt much of a list
Anyways moving on from that sudden shinies drama
Building a table is not very complicated, but there are many complicated steps involved. This makes building a table very complicated.
To build a table, youβll want to use wood. Itβs more stylish. The type of wood is up to you, but more robust wood is more durable - it also gives your table a natural look. This is is good.
Cut out planks and drill your tabletop together. This could be a 1:2 rectangle or it could be anything else. For the purpose of this tutorial Iβll assume it's a 1x2 metre table being built.
Make some of your planks into table legs (ideally you should have 4 but some tables use 3 or more) and drill the legs into the base. Make sure theyβre equally spaced in terms of being mirrored so your table doesnβt look wonky. This makes your table more trusworthy [sic]. Make sure you leave an overhang around the legs so food doesnβt just drip down the table legs!!
Using whatever itβs called the varnish or polish or whatever, make your table smooth and protected. Maybe you shouldβve done this earlier in the planks stage oh well it's too late now.
Stylistic choice: add a tablecloth. The more embroidery the better. Though if thereβs embroidery remove it when you invite your cousins over for dinner and replace it with a cheap plastic cover from Walmart, or any other local store.
Well done on building your first table! This is a very creative hobby so you should always experiment when building tables. :)
Jeffalo locked his own post
maybe jeffalo shouldve done a pardoc and posted a gif telling people how to breathe instead of a contextless drama post
I have a folder called βGood article on psychologyβ on my computer. Inside the folder, there is another folder, titled βGood article on top hatsβ. This folderβs sole contents (yes the first one had other things which are irrelevant, namely Scratch game save codes) is a folder named βyayyyyβ. Inside this folder is a PNG image of an βXβ cross named βwroooooongβ and another folder named β1Untitledβ. This folder contains only one file, a screenshot of when a lot of people loved & favourited some of my garbage Scratch projects. This is to be used as a historical reference for when people in 2116 ask βWhat did people even do in 2021?β
Thanks for coming to my TED talk. Itβs been amazing

TIL that βdittoβ comes from Latin for said (βdictusβ) and not where I thought it came from, which was stuff to do with second or next in a list as in βduoβ or βdeux'β (French for two)
