gng peak has occurred… months ago. so basically i was at a scout campout and convinced my friend to play earthbound music. while smiles and tears was playing this older scout thats like, 3 age groups (basically grades) older than me and said ”good ol smiles and tears” and i was all “wow have you played earthbound“ and he said he played the whole trilogy. the scout in question seems a lot more into minecraft than mother unfortunately. However, this one time his phone was at his lock screen (prolly to check the time) and his phone entered my field of view and his lock screen was that one earth picture that replaces the “o“ in mother. i nodiced it instantly and impulsively said “OH MY GOD” and was giggling to myself because a: that lock screen is peak and b: i said oh my god really loud. thinking about the situation later made me giggle more.
