A project I’ve been a part of since it started all the back in 2020 has been a competition called Brand Battle created by @Burrito. I’ve been a judge in each iteration of the competition. It’s a competition on Scratch where folks are challenged to make brandings based off of prompts. Winners get the chance to host the next iteration of Brand Battle. Just yesterday we release the first ever Brand Battle spin-off, Mini Battle. It’s a condensed version of the contest that runs for 2 rounds rather than 5, its also a place for us to try new experimental ideas that might turn up in Brand Battle. Part of this required me to make a “masterbrand“ logo for Mini Battle, basically we have an account called BrandBattleOfficial that is sort of like a hub to promote the contest. So I took the current BBO logo (which itself is based off of the Brand Battle 1 logo, which was the first ever Brand Battle contest hosted by Burrito himself) and made a mini version, I’m really happy with how it came out! If you’re interested, Mini Battle 1 signups are out now, meaning you can submit an entry, have it judged by me and 2 other judges, and perhaps progress to the second and final round!
