Like are you in one scenario and you see something that distracts you and now you are in a completely other scenario without even noticing?

i think its like that for everyone
I’ve asked some people and pretty much only one out of the three or four of them have said that their dreams mostly play out like normal every day scenarios and stay consistent the whole way through.
whatever dreams I can remember are completely incoherent and I don't have adhd
Same here, often times my dreams pick three scenarios and just swaps between them randomly whenever I start getting bored.
