i’ve heard abt smth kinda like this, it’s an app called “focus friend” (i think it’s made by hank green but i could be mistaken) where you tell it how long you want to be off of your phone for and then a little “bean” gets to knit socks or whatever for that amount of time but if you go on your phone the socks unravel and they get sad
this is unironically a great idea
my virtual pet would die because I'm glued to my phone
