btw you can opt-out of the arbitration clause, you do have to send them a physical letter within 30 days of accepting the terms saying you want out, which is kind of a hassle but at least it’s something

might be helpful to do that in the event this gets loud enough that it sparks a lawsuit (beyond unlikely but we can hope)

Scratch has new terms of service which ensure you don't own your projects; in fact, they can all be used for AI. There is also an anti arbitration clause, and stricter age and location verification
