i just saw this again after going through my old posts and it’s interesting because yesterday i learned that one of the primary motive of the attacks was american government support for israel (which is completely manufactured by israel through aipac)
why do i know more about american politics than canadian politics…

I found unreleased footage from 9/11 recorded by a news cameraman on youtube. The amount of uncertainty and fear and loss in people’s voices is hard to listen to. It’s just so raw and emotional.
One of the things that is interesting about democracy is you can’t ban groups like AIPAC. No matter how anti-American they are or out for their own interests, they’re still legally protected. I just think that’s really interesting because a lot of people complain about it so much.
I don’t think you should be able to lobby the government at all, or at least severe limits should be placed on their power
