the entirety of it could be hosted on one of those win11 NETBOOKS with 4 gigs of ram, a quad core 1.1ghz and some emmc provided he replaces the factory windows install with a real OS - he would have capacity to spare for at least 15 years considering current demand and growth projections
the same might be said for maelink but that’s got an actual “community” of sorts
