"i don't think people should be climbing on hospital awnings, i think that's a bad thing to do, generally. you could fall down and hurt yourself. you could cause some damage to hospital property, conceivably. i will go so far as to say that that rises to the level of mischief, bordering even on nuisance. if i had been there i think i would've delivered a stern finger-wagging and said 'tsk tsk!' quite sharply"
