You can make your reese basses wibbily wobbly by adding a sine oscillator layer that is only slightly higher pitch than your fundamental sine. When distorted together, these should make it WIBBILY WOBBLY WIBBILY WOBBLY WIBBILY WOBBLY hUUuuuuug woOOOOOOAAhhh
