i now own minecraft volume beta on vinyl! i went with beta instead of alpha because it’s my favorite of the two.

next i’m gonna either get minecraft volume alpha or the entire undertale soundtrack

i have a seasonlife player it’s an all in one and good for people new to the hobby and can be connected to an amp and speakers later

and doubles as a bluetooth speaker for whatever reason

the absolute cheapest way is to get an old player from the 80s and 90s. You can often find them cheap at thrift stores/goodwill, etc. Main thing to look out for is if there is an actual counterweight on the opposite side of the arm from the stylus, and that the entire assembly is not one piece of plastic. There should be multiple distinguishable parts.
