they're doing windows updates now after restarting my computer multiple times
I finally got pissed off enough that Dell killed my Face Recognition and Fingerprint Recognition on my XPS so I contacted them and they're remote controlling my computer and the support person just tried to GASLIGHT ME into thinking that my computer doesn't have IR emitters, so I took a photo of them and sent it to my computer and they tried to close it, then they opened Dell’s website and opened the system configuration tab and right there it said “ HELLO, IRLED”, which is Windows Hello Facial Recognition and the guy just closed it and didn't say anything and he still hadn't said anything but he's updating my graphics drivers for the third time
