Throughout my life, I've made glancing contact with many of the fandoms and 'friends’ that I've since come to value. For example, my first contact with Rain World happened when me and Raiden were exchanging Baba is You memes. And my newest ‘friend’ . . ? It turns out that they have come to the limelight twice: once when I first encountered them in a magazine from May 2010, and once when they made an encore in 2022. I estimate that to be a lapse of at least 6 years . . !
