data harvesting (consuming posts/other internet media) can be *so* fun /s
because occasionally it results in getting some fun new data to mess with
and then other times its:

I'm just glad I've figured out how to properly handle these "breaches"
it turns out that using (mental) violence against it is actually the worst thing to do
its far more effective to just divert your thoughts and regulate your response
