eisenhower s tier is based as hell, i love the interstate highway system and arpa and the first two civil rights acts and the continuation of new deal programs and the department of health and human services (pre 2025)

unfortunately he’s still a war criminal and allowed rampant homophobic persecution during his administration but by historical presidential ethics standards that might as well be equal to sainthood

cool = my favorites I’m willing to ignore the bad for

good = I like but maybe not quite as blindly

interesting = there’s something I like enough to keep out of neutral

neutral = good balanced out with the bad or I just don’t care

meh = there may be some good but I can’t get over something

bad = disgrace to this country
