ban evasion; the worst crime imaginable
if you think your ban is unjustified of course you’re gonna try to evade it. not saying its the correct thing to do but its justifiable
also locking your own post because people starting to realise you’re not 100% in the right is mad
You could appeal it?
im not sure wasteof has a formal ban appeal system other than just. dming someone on discord and when the mod team is basically a friend group that can seem quite daunting

“only thing jeffalo did wrong was not fully elaborate on his claims and air the dirty laundry without elaborating details or providing proof, which is what most people (including me) were a bit disappointed by. jeffalo is in the right for banning the account and wanting users to stay off shinies for their own safety, but the way he went about it was a bit irresponsible and untransparent. as per his own admission, he should have either kept it under wraps entirely or made a longer more detailed statement explaining in more detail the allegations. it’s too late now but the whole blowup could have been avoided, and expecting transparency and diligence from those in charge of this platform is perfectly reasonable. not trying to dunk on him too much bc we talked it out and he admitted he could’ve handled it better but wanted to point out this out again for those who aren’t in the discord”
although i do think this site has had moderation problems for a long time but they essentially boil down to the mod team being teenagers
