it’s not per 24 hours, the date you spun the wheel (e.g. 7 may) is saved and if you try to spin it again and it’s the same day (i.e. 7 may) you can’t, but if it’s the next day or just another day in general (e.g. 8 may or later) then you can
but is the date based on UTC, or whatever timezone the client is on?
