WDOT ANNOUNCEMENT
We are now mandating that all cars have a huge rubber bumper around them. All costs of this new feature for your vehicle(s) will be fully subsidized for all citizens with an income under $100,000 a year.
We do not expect this to reduce total accidents, if anything it may increase them. The primary goal of this new mandate is to make them a lot funnier (and also somewhat less lethal).
