like imagine being really sick and trying to sleep but you just can’t get Handel’s Messiah out of your brain

That's a good question. . . Would music be as accessible, or catchy? When I think about everything I get stuck in my head it's because it's so catchy or whatever, which classical definitely could do but probably not as effectively
