Future Tropical Cyclone Eighteen has formed in the Gulf of Mexico. It will make mostly insignificant impacts to Cuba and Jamaica, reaching Cat-1 status just before Cuba before heading towards Alabama / Louisiana as a tropical storm. Major impacts are unlikely.
