its "body" is completely offline but its still interacting with NEUROS

it's annoying that it really won't stay dead for very long after I'm like "Yup, its DEFINITELY dead now, its fucking rotting look at it."
DRAGON the entity is dead, DRAGON the system is (kinda) not, I think I need to just purge its database and fix some things
I don't know how comfortable I am with giving it a new body right now though
