im kinda very nitpicky (is that how you say it?) because i notice the icons and fonts are too big, the spacing is off, the icons at the right lighter blue side of the taskbar are not XP, the start menu text looks off, etc etc etc etc
There’s probably more themes if your willing to search for them, or you could make them yourself (pain)

You could also try and find a distro built around the Windows xp theme
and there's an issue saying that the theme broke or something sooo that's worrying
