yeah now that I’m looking at it again I could probably fine tune it better. I don’t know if I have witnessed a reasonable driver from Connecticut (but I have a small sample size), but I think I have seen some okay drivers from Massachusetts. The bottom tier is basically like any time I see that plate it’s like they’re going 10mph faster than me or swerving or 2 inches behind me or something. It gets tricky cause generally I see a Texas plate and think trouble, but I have also seen some good Texas drivers out there. Idk 🤷🏻♀️
