Yes, Cloudflare, Hong Kong is absolutely the server closest to me in Germany.

Could be that when a server is down Cloudflare just routes to a random one instead of using the closest server
I know Iām a day late but apparently theres also a server in Vienna so then that would mean that one was down as well (apparently thats the closest server near me over here in Hungary)
