Not to be political or anything but...

If we're talking about making a "positive" impact, the best use of your time and resources is to make companies more environmentaly friendly, with the points made in this nested post.

-your car makes no difference

• turning off the water when you brush makes no difference

The only way these things matter are if everyone does it, which does not happen. That means we should target the biggest percentages of problem first.
