highly unlikely, threads is just ig with a slightly different interface. under the hood it's identical. you used to be able to view insta posts on threads and vice versa. (threads are just ig posts without images)
it's also apparently impossible to delete your Threads account without deleting your Instagram account 🫠
this makes sense - threads accounts are just instagram accounts. but its annoying that the profile that gets created when you visit threads is irreversibly ‘created’.
