being stuck on talking at 2x speed, constantly fidgeting without realizing and then immediately switching to another type of fidgeting once i realize im fidgeting
and in my case, getting a campus safety text that there was an armed robbery in the place where i was about to walk and walking there anyway to burn off some energy (i am alive, somehow)
