heads and eggs galore!

• New spawn eggs for iron golem, snow golem, wither and ender dragon can be given by commands

New experimental features:

• Piglin heads can be found by killing a piglin with a charged creeper

• Playing a note block with a mob head on top will play the sound of the corresponding mob

• The Block and Stripped Block of Bamboo are new additions to the bamboo block family!
