Yeah, though that probably depends on where you are. In the east I’m sure there are a ton of good places, but the further west (or just outside of population centers) you go I’d guess in general they’re a little harder to find. I ate at a really good Thai restaurant a few weeks ago with some friends that was about an hour outside of D.C.. Personally, growing up I wasn’t really exposed to a lot of asian food, and the closest town to me was on the smaller side, but there still are a couple restaurants there I really like.
